Comfortable two-room apartment located on the first floor of an elegant historic building in the centre of Bologna, in a pedestrian area, a few steps from the Towers and Piazza Maggiore.

The apartment, perfect for two/three people, furnished in a modern style with a nice terrace, overlooks Via Oberdan, the beating heart of the city centre. The furnishings are well-finished in every detail to create an extremely pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, allowing guests to be accommodated in a space equipped with every modern comfort.

The entrance leads to the living area, furnished in a refined and elegant style with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, dining table for four and a fully equipped open kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.
The sleeping area has a wardrobe and a large double bed.
The bathroom, made in white ceramic, is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and clothesline.

Services included with the apartment are wi-fi, a safe, independent heating, air-conditioning, luggage storage in case of late check-out and clean sheets and towels.

Upon arrival, our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment is operated and hand over the keys. During the stay, we will be available for any eventuality.

The apartment is in Via Oberdan and in its immediate vicinity are points of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro Comunale, the characteristic old Jewish ghetto, the University area, the Torre degli Asinelli, which strikingly leans out on the Torre della Garisenda, and the portico of the Pavaglione, which forms one of the sides of the so-called Quadrilatero of Emilia’s gastronomy – it’s a maze of pedestrian streets where you can find all the delicacies of the region (cold cuts, fresh pasta, wine) and fresh local products (meat, fish, vegetables). A true Sancta Sanctorum for foodies.

Finally, shopping lovers can choose to go wild along the busy Via dell’Indipendenza, in the luxury-brand shops in Galleria Cavour or in the refined boutiques of Via Farini or Via d’Azeglio.

We also recommend taking a look at the numerous restaurants with traditional and non-traditional cuisine, trattorias, bars and cafés of all kinds, as well as various types of shops (pharmacies, tobacconists, newsagents, food shops, minimarkets).
